"I’ve used Flibco a couple of times over..."
I’ve used Flibco a couple of times over the past few months, and what I’ve liked most is that there are so many departure times. The first time I booked, I was worried I’d have to plan my whole morning around one bus, but there was another one not long after, so it felt much more relaxed.

The timetable was easy to check as well. Last week, I had an early flight, and a while back I needed a later bus, and both times I found something that worked without much hassle. Simple, reliable, and I’d definitely use it again.

"I messaged them about my booking…"
I messaged them about my booking thinking it would be a quick fix, but then I just sat there for days with no helpful reply. At first I was trying to stay patient, but it got really frustrating. When they finally did respond, it felt like they hadn’t even read my message properly, which was kind of unbelievable. I get that places get busy, but when you’re trying to sort something out before a trip, you really need someone to actually pay attention.

"Expected clearer help than I got"
I went in thinking I’d be able to get simple questions answered easily, but it didn’t really work out that way. The staff didn’t explain much, and the language support wasn’t great, so I ended up feeling confused over things that should’ve been straightforward. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely fell short of what I expected

The ride itself was fine, but the onboard stuff was disappointing. The WiFi didn’t work at all, there wasn’t a charging plug anywhere near my seat, and the toilet was closed. For what I paid, I expected at least the basic things to be available. Like, how is this okay? Definitely not the best experience.

"Pretty reliable for airport runs"
I’ve used flibco a few times to get to the airport and it’s been fine every time. The bus showed up when it said it would and we got there on schedule, which makes those early morning trips way less stressfull. Nice not having to worry so much before a flight tbh...

I’ve used flibco a few times now, and it always feels way too crowded. On my last trip there were barely any seats left, people were standing around with bags everywhere, and everyone seemed stressed after getting off their flights. Not exactly what you want when you’re tired and just trying to get home. The bus did get me where I needed to go, so that part was fine, but they really need to manage seat availability better instead of selling so many tickets for the same time. I also reached out before and got one of those generic copy-paste support replies, which didn’t really help or answer much. Just a frustrating experience overall...

"Smooth ride, awkward vibe"
The driving itself was fine, so I guess that’s the important part. But the driver acted annoyed the whole time, which made the ride feel kind of uncomfortable. Nothing like paying for a service and feeling like you’re the inconvenience.

"Handled Better Than I Expected"
My bus ended up getting cancelled because of a disruption, i was expecting a whole hassle trying to sort it out. But Flibco got back to me quickly and clearly explained what I needed to do. I asked for a refund, and it was processed without any drama. The money came back after a few days. Obviously not an ideal situation, but compared to what I thought it would be like, they handled it fairly.

"Mobile ticket worked... eventually"
I mean, the app did work, so I guess I can’t complain too much. But my mobile ticket took forever to load while I was standing at the stop, which was stressful. It got the job done in the end, just not exactly smoothly.

"Not bad, but feels overpriced"
I’ve used Flibco a few times now, and I’m feeling a bit mentally drained by how expensive it feels for what you get. The buses are fine, nothing terrible, but also nothing special. For the price, I expected better value or at least more flexible options. It gets you where you need to go, but I wouldn’t say it feels worth it...

"Changing tickets was sorta frustrating"
I tried to change the time on my ticket and it ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected. The options felt sorta limited and not very flexible, so I eventually just bought another ticket. Annoying experience overall.

"Limited routes, so not that helpful"
I was disappointed with flibco, honestly. Maybe it’s just me, but I expected them to cover more airport connections. A few routes I thought would be available just weren’t, and in the end I still had to take a train and another bus to get where I needed to go. So it didn’t really save me any time or make the trip less stressful. If you’re not traveling on one of their main routes, I’m not sure how useful it really is.

"Easy trip with reduced mobility"
I booked my airport bus through Flibco, and since I have reduced mobility, I was a little nervous about how the trip would go.

But it ended up being really straightforward. The booking was clear, the driver helped with my bag, and you don’t feel rushed when you’re getting seated, which makes a big difference. Overall, I was really happy with the experience.

"Booking was more stressful than it should’ve been"
Booking seemed fine at first, but then the payment failed twice and I had to start all over again. I wasn’t even sure if my seat was still saved or not, which was, uh, frustrating. It ended up wasting my time and stressing me out more than I expected.

Boarding was quick. I was expecting the line to drag a bit, but it kept moving. A few stops here and there, nothing annoying. Got through without any stress, which was nice.

"Quick, direct ride to the airport"
The trip was faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. No awkward changes or waiting around in between, the bus went straight to the airport, so it felt really simple and stress-free. I especially appreciated not having to drag my bag from one stop to another. I’d definitely use it again...

I had like two big bags with me and was a little worried about how it’d go, but the driver helped get them in and was careful taking them out too. Everything was totally fine, nothing got damaged or anything, and it was all done quickly. Really happy with it overall...
